Center for training, retraining, and advanced training of enterprise personnel.
Material and technical facilities at the center:
- spacious training rooms are equipped with computers, stands, and posters;
- a vast library with technical and reference books on the structure and operation of the studied equipment, health and safety regulations.
The possibility of getting secondary technical education in technical colleges of Akmola region offered in external study mode. Training of medium technical level specialists in Mechanical Engineering Technology (specialty — Process Technician or Mechanical Technician).
Its aim is uniting young enterprise employees and team building.
Main objectives:
- Facilitating adaptation and settling-in of new employees at the enterprise;
- Supporting labor activity and initiative of employees;
- Protecting rights and interests of young employees at the enterprise;
- Organizing youth leisure;
- Creating conditions to unlock the potential of each employee;
- Participating in addressing social problems of youth.
Any 35-year-old employee or younger may become a member of the Youth Committee. Remuneration up to 12000 tenge per month is paid for active participation.
